MCBalance
The MCBalance is the highest standard in gravimetric dosing. It proves its value on a daily basis in all branches, under all circumstances in injection molding, blow molding and extrusion.
MCPowder
Dosing powder is one of the most difficult challenges in the field of dosing, especially when we talk about non-free-flowing powders at extreme low rates. Expensive powder additives that add high impact to your process require the best in the field of accuracy and reliability. Movacolor has, based on its proven gravimetric technology, developed a compact powder dosing unit to do just that. It doses as low as 100 g/h, but also as high as 40 kg/h. Double spiral and hopper agitation ensure trouble free dosing of the most difficult powders. And this is accomplished in both injection molding and extrusion applications. The unit operates as a single unit, but can also be integrated into our unique modular continuous blending system, allowing to add the most difficult powders to the blend of your extruder. The MCPowder is a truly unique product in the market that makes you forget any powder dosing problem you currently might have.
MDS Balance Liquid
Coloring with liquid can be a challenging operation. It all depends on reliable dosing, often at extremely low dosage rates. Variations in the viscosity of liquids and spill-free handling are the main issues. Movacolor has developed a modular liquid dosing system with one universal motor unit, two pump types, and several spill-free packaging concepts. This offers you the possibility of composing your optimal configuration.
MCHigh Output 2500R
The MCHigh Output 2500R is a complete system for feeding low density regrind at high dosing rates. The unique design with a mixing rate of maximum 75% can be mounted directly on top of the injection molding machine or extruder. The gravimetric technology controls the dosing rate and provides exact material consumption data for track and trace purposes. The unit has an integrated weighing module that precisely measures the throughput by the loss-in-weight principle. Refilling of the hopper can be done either by direct mounting of the hopperloader on top of the system or by the integrated knife valve at the top flange. The refilling is controlled by the gravimetric system. The MCHigh Output 2500R handles granulates and difficult regrinds like PET bottle flakes. It is capable of processing materials up to 180 °C. The water-cooled neckpiece with integrated mixer ensures the right mixture of materials for your product and the possibility to add additional dosing stations for masterbatch or other additives.

The MBS Blender provides a robust and durable solution for efficiently weighing and blending materials. Its compact design without mechanical parts or cables in the removable hopper allows them to be easily accessible for cleaning, material changes, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Thanks to its unique valve design and gain-in-weight technology, it effectively dispenses several additives into a weighing chamber and accurately measures the additives added to your production process. After your material is weighed, it’s dropped into the mixing chamber, and fed to your production machine.

The MHBS is a hybrid solution developed to help manufacturers who want to improve their shot-to-shot blending accuracy while maintaining quick batch production for high throughput applications. It stands out on the market due to its innovative combination of gravimetric blending and gravimetric inline feeding, setting new standards for precision and accuracy in the blending industry.
Due to its key feature of inline feeding, the MHBS Hybrid Blender can significantly enhance batch uniformity, minimize de-mixing risks, and provide added traceability for critical additives while maintaining the benefit of high throughput blending of main materials. This translates to substantial material cost savings and reduced product rejects.
Configurable with up to six MDS Balances and specialized inserts, the MHBS Hybrid Blender is able to precisely dispense your most valuable additives with temperatures up to 70 degrees and a throughput up to 1600 kg/h. MCContinuous Blender
Movacolor has developed a unique modular system that allows you to put together a full gravimetric continuous blending system. Up to 15 components can be controlled from one controller. These systems can be installed on one extruder or on multiple co-extruders, creating a control platform for multiple continuous blenders in one system. The MCContinuous Blender covers most of the available materials like granulates, regrinds, powders and liquids. All this in one system, with one standard controller and integrated loader control.
MCS Off-line dosing
Introducing the MCS Off-line Dosing, a configured solution that combines mobility, precision, and safety by placing the MDS Balance next to the production machine.
With the MCS Off-line Dosing, operators can now perform essential maintenance tasks at ground level, eliminating the need to work at elevated heights or on top of production machines, resulting in improved safety and efficiency in your production.
MCS Regrind
Dosing rejects and sprues in the form of regrind can result in saving substantial amounts of colorant. The secret? Dosing masterbatch, powder, liquid or another additive and regrind simultaneously. One dosing unit of the MCS Regrind functions as the main unit and doses regrind, while the second operates in conjunction with the main unit and doses the additive. In practice this means that the more regrind is available, the less colorant is added. This enables you to avoid overconsumption of additives and reuse the maximum regrind. The process is fully automatic, so you always dose the maximum percentage of available regrind. The quality remains constant, production run after production run, 24/7.

MCSmart: monitoring and reporting software
MCSmart software monitors the performance of all gravimetric dosing systems Movacolor controlled from one to unlimited number of touch screen controllers. The system is based on a SQL database for 24/7 of data collection. Data can be retrieved at any time, even after months. MCSmart can be installed as stand alone or server/client application. Multiple desktop users can access the database. Available functions depend on used login level securing any risk of unintended use. An unlimited reporting function for generating material consumption reports and alarm summary reports is at your disposal.
