CLARIPROD is a smart manufacturing system that monitor your plastics production in real-time, whether its injection molding or extrusion. Monitoring your overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), your performance, your quality, and your availability allow you to see immediately your manufacturing losses and identify bottlenecks in production, so you can correct it immediately to increase throughput and productivity.  

Clariprod is designed to count parts produced by simply collecting the electrical signal from your machine, using a simple dry contact such as a relay or switch. It can also be connected via Ethernet with the press controller. The injection molding machine, during the molding process, continuously transmits opening or closing signals. These signals are monitored by Clariprod each time they occur, which in turn monitors the production, the downtimes, or any period of inactivity.
