MCS Continuous Feeder
A continuous gravimetric multi-component feeder: an MDS Balance plus an MMS Weight for traceability and additive accuracy. Adjusts automatically to extruder capacity variation and measures extruder throughput in real time.
MCS Regrind
Doses masterbatch and regrind at the same time to save material cost. Algorithms adjust additive or colorant dosing based on how much regrind is available.
MCS Off-line dosing
Dosing from the plant floor, away from machine vibration, for high accuracy and blend uniformity. No climbing ladders or stairs to reach dosing equipment.
MCS HO Balance rPET
Feeds low-density flakes at high rates. A water-cooled neckpiece with an integrated mixer, plus options for extra masterbatch or additive stations. Ideal for PET preform production.
